Oscium’s WiPry 5x is compatible with iOS, Android, PC and Mac. This cross platform solution is perfectly portable as are all Oscium’s tools. And now, it’s possible to use whichever host device you prefer. Oscium's software applications are all free. There's no licensing fee and there's no subscription so it's easy to use your WiPry 5x.

Pry Into Wireless Environment

The 2.4 GHz band is a busy place today and soon 5 GHz will be congested as well. That's why WiPry 5x supports both bands. Wireless internet operates in this range as does other electronic devices such as baby monitors, cordless phones, garage door openers, and microwave ovens. Since WiFi can extend the length of a football field on 2.4 GHz, devices in nearby buildings or residences can also cause interference. With WiPry 5x, you can pinpoint the source of your noise and get the most out of your wireless internet regardless of the complexity of your environment.

Detect & Avoid Noisy Channels

WiPry 5x visualizes all wireless activity on both 2.4 & 5 GHz. Measurement settings include 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.15.4 (ZigBee). SSID-specific activity is also available. Oscium provides a professional Wi-Fi tool that is now available in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Visualize your network like never before: on your favorite smartphone or tablet!

Wi-Fi Standards / ZigBee Supported

The following Wi-Fi standards are supported: 802.11 b/g/n/ac. The ZigBee protocol (802.11.15.4) is also possible to view through our built-in channel guide, making it the ideal tool to troubleshoot home security and home automation. WiPry 5x also provides visibility on all wireless transmissions such as baby monitors, cordless phones, garage door openers, and microwave ovens. WiPry 5x is perfectly portable and available on Android or iOS.

Awesome Features

Oscium features include the ability to grade channels (using A through F, just like in school!), calculate signal to noise ratio (perfect for knowing whether VoIP or video streaming is possible), and view the environment over time using waterfall mode. It's also possible to data log your visit and export that data in a csv file for post processing. You can save your favorite setup and load it as needed, saving you time on the job. Microsemi PoE High Power Splitter PD-AS-951/12-24

The Microsemi PowerDsine´s PD-AS-951 High Power active splitter enables data terminals that were not originally designed to accept power from the Ethernet, to be powered by Power over Ethernet midspans. The PD-AS-951 High power splitter (user selectable 12V or 24V) can power devices such as WiMax CPE´s, small WiMAX base-stations, 802.11n Access Points, Thin- Clients, PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) IP Cameras, Video Phones and more. Many contemporary terminals are designed and deployed without the ability to accept power via their LAN input. Such devices can only accept power through ther DC jack while their RJ45 input accept only data. Moreover, such devices might only accept voltage levels lower than the PoE standard minium voltage (44v in IEEE802.3af / 50v in 802.3at). Using the PD-AS-951 high power splitter, these terminals immediately become PoE-ready without any modification required on their side. The splitter is identified as a powered device (PD) in front of the powering Midspan and after being detected and powered, it physically splits the data and power streams, arriving over a single cable, into two seperate cords (LAN & DC) which go directly to the data terminal. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) Tester, connected to an RJ-45 outlet, tests the cabling infrastructure for the presence of power, either IEEE802.3af or IEEE802.3 at standard compliant. The PoE Tester identifies the existence and type of Power Sourcing Equipment (either Endspan or Midspan) in your network.
