Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without justification.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken or tooken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must contact us by means of a clear statement (for example: letter or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract, at the following address:

You can use the attached sample cancellation form. However, this is no required.

The withdrawl term shall be deemed observed if the cancellation request is sent before the expiration of the cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy Effects

If you withdraw from this agreement, we are responsible for returning all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery we offer) immediately and, at the least within 30 days from the date on which notification of your withdrawal of this contract is received. We shall reimburse you using the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not be charged any fees for reimbursement.

We shall have the goods picked up. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to asvertain the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
